Our real estate units are all located in a very large brick building consisting of 6 floors with double entrance and 4 elevators, can accommodate max 2 people, fully furnished and tastefully equipped with all amenities.
Each unit is equipped with independent heating, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, complete with appliances and dishes, washing machine, iron, oven, microwave, TV and WI-FI.
Our rates include the rental fee, condominium expenses, initial cleaning and the use of internet WI-FI. The final cleaning and utilities such as electricity and gas are not included in the price and will be calculated separately.
Bed linen and towels are given upon request.
The rental of one of our accommodation is a valid and convenient alternative to hotels or residence, plus the comforts and advantages of feeling like home.
