Q: How are the real estate units organized?

 A: The Mecenate 84 real estate units are equipped with all comforts and services and are used as an alternative to hotels and residences by tourists, professionals, businessmen, etc. who need to stay away from home, but prefer the atmosphere of an accomodation furnished and equipped with everything to the coldness of a residence or a hotel room.

 Q: What do I find inside an accommodation?

 A: Each real estate unit is furnished and equipped with everything: independent heating system, air conditioning, equipped kitchen complete with appliances and dishes, washing machine, iron, oven, microwave, TV and internet WI- FI.

Q: How do I choose an accommodation?

 A: The steps to take are the following:

1. View our photo gallery;

2. Choose an accommodation that meets your needs among those listed;

3. Send a request by filling out the FORM on the "Contacts and reservations" page; or

4. Send an email to: info@mecenate84.it indicating the date of arrival, departure, the number of people who will stay in the unit and any other needs or preferences; or

Q: How will the accommodation be assigned to me?

 A: Our staff will first check the availability of the chosen unit for the period required, if it’s available, it will be immediately assigned to you, otherwise, you will be offered an accommodation with similar characteristics.

 Q: How much does a real estate unit cost?

 A: The final price is calculated following parameters including the type of property, the period, the length of stay, the number of guests and any additional services requested.

 Q: How can I book an accommodation?

 A: If you wish to proceed with the booking, you must give us your personal detais and pay by bank transfer the Booking Fee which represents a down payment of the rent cost balance.

 Q: How is the payment of a real estate unit made?

 A: First, you must pay the Booking Fee by bank transfer, then, no later than 5 days from the date of entry into the accommodation, you are expected to pay the balance, or the amount of the first monthly rate, at once together with a security deposit that covers any eventual caused damages. This payment can be made by bank transfer or in cash. The security deposit will be returned within 10 working days from the termination of the contract if no damage occurs.

 Q: Is it possible to cancel the reservation?

 A: Yes, in the ways and terms described in art. 6.2 and 6.3 of our terms and conditions which can be downloaded from our "Terms and Conditions" page.

 Q: Can I see the property before booking?

 A: Photos of each unit are available on our site, however for stays that last longer than a month, our staff is available to show vacant units.

 Q: When can I check-in and check-out of the unit?

 A: For the check-in, the unit’s keys will be given to you by one of our representatives in the place and time previously agreed on and in any case not before 4.00 p.m., while the check-out must take place by 11.00 a.m.
